Your responsibilities:
In business for 33 years, Present is a recognized IT leader with an exceptional team that strives to help its clients succeed.   It specializes in managed services, managed security, Microsoft, cloud & infrastructure solutions.

 

The candidate will have to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Adopt and embody the Present vision – Be a Leader in the IT industry
  • Apply and adopt Present’s effective sales methodology as well as processes to
    maximize business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, providing strategic IT solutions to address their important challenges, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Be constantly informed of the client’s priorities and projects. Be considered as a strategic partner in the development of their IT plans in order to be at the heart of their investments.
  • Promote all areas of our business solutions (managed services, managed
    security solutions, other professional services such as M365 and cloud services
    and the sale of infrastructure) with a clear understanding of customer priorities.
  • Identify new client business opportunities.
  • Grow accounts: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of IT products and services and collaborate with the team to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Prepare presentations and client proposals, with the help of specialists.
  • Document all activities in the internal CRM.
  • Ensure follow-up of the various projects sold to clients to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions and meeting or exceeding client expectations.

  • Demonstrate precision, autonomy, leadership and professionalism.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience selling IT solutions.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written, in French and English.
