Inside Sales Specialist

At Present, we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support account managers, prepare quotes, coordinate requests with manufacturers and distributors, and manage a portfolio of smaller clients.

Your responsibilities
  • Support the account manager in preparing proposals, quotes, and sales documents.
  • Research, validate, and follow up on information with manufacturers and distributors, including products, licences, pricing, availability, warranties, delivery timelines, and replacement options.
  • Understand client needs in order to propose or recommend the right solutions, in collaboration with account managers and technical teams.
  • Take responsibility for a portfolio of smaller clients to ensure business follow-ups, respond to requests, and identify opportunities.
  • Keep activities, opportunities, projects, and client requests up to date in the CRM and internal tools.
  • Ensure clear, professional, and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Perform any other related tasks.
Your profile
  • Relevant experience in an IT environment, whether in technical support, coordination, B2B customer service, inside sales, or account management. Sales experience is an asset, but above all, we are looking for someone who is technical, curious, and interested in growing into a more client- and sales-oriented role.
  • Good understanding of IT environments, equipment, software, licences, warranties, and technology solutions.
  • Experience sourcing information from manufacturers or distributors is a strong asset.
  • Ability to manage a client portfolio, ensure follow-ups, and identify business opportunities.
  • Strong client focus, with a proactive, professional, and human approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, accuracy, good judgment, and team spirit.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
